Tested Mouth Wash recommended from the age of 13, not for use for anyone with milk teeth (baby teeth). This is a super strong mouthwash and can make some people to feel sick for an hour or so, this is perfectly normal but will wear off. You can only have 1 dose a week (DON'T SWALLOW), and leave mouthwash in your mouth 15 minutes before drinking or eating. After this period, brush your teeth with water and then rinse your mouth out with water (don't swallow water or mouthwash). This mouth wash contains pain relief tablets in them (a dose for 16-year-olds) capsuals are still in them so please be careful when swirling around your mouth.
